First class entertainment with pre-dinner drink, Christmas dinner with wine included. After dinner you can enjoy a seasonal fun-packed show full of laughter, singing and dancing. After the show there’ll be time for a few turns around the dance floor before we leave for home.

The same organisation has developed a new experience with Only Fools and Horses and we have tickets for a Saturday evening performance. The event has received excellent reviews from other venues, so we do hope you will join us for a really entertaining and fun evening. This will also make an ideal Christmas present.

This will be a wonderful day – starting with a guided coach tour of the National Stud where there are sure to be young foals to see at this time of year. Following this tour you will be welcomed at the prestigious Jockey Club Rooms with a glass of champagne followed by a three course lunch with tea or coffee. We then visit the National Heritage Centre to enjoy a guided tour. There’s a fine collection of sporting art, a wonderful display of racing memorabilia and a chance to meet former racehorses.

Join us for a private guided tour of this fascinating house with history dating back to Elizabeth 1. The room by room tour will be led by a family member and I’m advised it will be one of the most entertaining, interesting and amusing house tours you will ever experience. The historical interest is centred upon the English Civil War but you may recognise Chavenage from many television productions such as ‘Grace and Favour’, ‘Hercule Poirot’, ‘House of Elliot’ and ‘Cider with Rosie’. Chavenage also featured as Candleford Manor and it can now be seen as Trenwith House in the hugely popular ‘Poldark’. You will be welcomed with morning coffee and biscuits and a two course lunch with wine will be provided after the tour.

The Best Western Swan Hotel in Wells was so comfortable, the rooms were lovely, the food was excellent and the staff friendly and helpful.
