  • Kensington Treats - Thursday 17 May 2012

£79 (per person) We have been to many events at the Royal Albert Hall, so I thought you might enjoy this magnificent building from a different view.  It is the world’s most famous stage and an experienced guide will tell you about its history, the architecture and the huge number of varied events they have held there – classical, rock, pop, jazz, ballet, opera, comedy, circus, sport, film premieres, award ceremonies and many occasions of international importance.  There will also be an opportunity to see the Royal family’s private suite.  We are combining this with a visit to other important Victorian buildings – the Albert Memorial and then you will have a choice of either a private guided tour of the Victoria and Albert Museum which houses some of our finest designs and treasures, or a visit to Kensington Palace which has just reopened following a £12m renovation.
