About this excursion

Join us to explore the beautiful natural paradise of Italy’s famous Lake Garda on this fabulous 8 day trip. Lake Garda is the biggest lake in Italy and is certainly one of the most charming. Nestling between the green hills and mountainous peaks you will find beaches and coves showered with fragrances and colours. The mild and temperate climate provides the perfect conditions for the luscious vegetation, reminiscent of the Mediterranean coast. Based in the delightful Drago Hotel, right on the lake, you will stay on a half board basis. You’ll get to explore this beautiful part of the world in comfort and you can enjoy guided excursions around the lake, the scenic mountain area of the Dolomites, also to the cities of Verona and Venice. We shall also be arranging an optional excursion to visit the Ferrari factory and museum at Maranello.

The 3-star Hotel Drago is located in Assenza di Brenzone overlooking the lake. All rooms are en suite with hairdryer, telephone, minibar and TV. Hotel amenities include a grill bar by the swimming pool with umbrellas and deck chairs, fitness corner, plus a restaurant and bar with terrace and garden.

• Return flights with British Airways from London Gatwick to Verona
• Return airport transfers with assistance each way

• Single supplement of £154 pp for a double/twin room for sole occupancy
• Supplement for a double/twin room with a balcony at £28 pp (True single rooms do not have a balcony)
