How can I book a trip?

Just telephone us – 01908 676 742, email us here or complete the ‘Book Now!’ section of the excursion you wish to join. Booking forms are also included with our printed leaflet, which is available on request

We ask for a deposit to secure your place. This is usually £20 per person, or sometimes more if the trip is expensive or we have to pay in advance for tickets, etc. We will write or email you to confirm your place. When we send the final details for the trip, eg the pick up points and times, we will ask for your balance payment. This is usually 3-4 weeks before the departure date.

How do I pay for my trip?

You can pay by cheque, payable to ‘Travel Treats’, by cash or BACS payment. We also accept most major debit and credit cards.

Where can I pick up the coach?

We always aim to keep pick ups to a minimum, but convenient for our guests.

Pick up points are usually:

Milton Keynes Shenley Leisure Centre, Burchard Crescent, Shenley Church End, MK5 6HF.

Woburn Sands The Purple Goose Restaurant, High Street, MK17 8QY.

Occasionally, depending upon our destination, we will arrange pick ups in:

Luton The hotel beside the M1 Motorway, Junction 11, LU4 8RQ.

Northampton St Crispin Village, Duston, NN5 4RB.

What happens if I cancel my booking?

We have a cancellation policy which is clearly defined on our leaflet and in our terms and conditions. For most trips if you can sell your ticket, or we are able to, we will make a refund to you or you can use the payment towards another trip.

What happens if you cancel the event?

Trips are based on an economic number of passengers and if this is not reached it may be necessary to cancel the event. In such cases we will refund all monies paid for the trip.

I’m on my own – will I be welcome on a trip?

Yes, of course. We have several people who travel alone and we always make sure they do not feel isolated. Our trips are friendly and sociable and you will always be included.

Does it matter if I’m vegetarian or have a special dietary requirement?

Not at all. Just let us know in advance and we’ll make sure we have some veggie food on board, so you don’t miss any treats. If we are having a booked meal, we will be pleased to make arrangements for you.

Can I buy Gift Vouchers?

Yes, we can provide Gift Vouchers for a specific trip or for any amount.

I’m having, or wish to arrange a celebration for someone. Can you arrange something for me?

We will be delighted to help you, or any of our guests, to celebrate and will do our best to make the day extra special. We can sometimes provide a surprise, often at no extra cost. Just let us know about the event. We will happily help with additional items, if required.

What facilities are on board your coaches?

We use a number of coach companies, but always request a luxury coach with air-conditioning and toilet facilities.

I am disabled – will I be able to travel with you?

If you are able to get on and off the coach, you should be able to join most of our trips. You will be welcome to bring a fold-up wheelchair or portable scooter with you, but do please tell us in advance. We will always advise whether or not the trip will be suitable for you.

Can I request a seat in a particular part of the coach?

Yes, of course you can. For various reasons some people like to sit at the back or front of the coach, so just let us know in advance and we will reserve a seat for you.
