Once again we have arranged an Italian holiday with our friends at Success Tours 
who specialise in Italy. This year we are visiting Lake Maggiore for eight days, seven nights in the excellent Hotel Milan Speranza au Lac in Stresa. The hotel is very close to the lake and we are staying on a half board basis.
Their classically furnished en-suite rooms are equipped with air conditioning, Sky TV, safes and WI-FI connections. Rooms overlook mountains, the town of Stresa or with a view of Lake Maggiore. We are making further enquiries regarding any supplements for rooms with Lake Views and/or balconies.
There are two beaches nearby for you relax under the sun, enjoy the breeze, the landscape and the water of the Lake Maggiore. Both are equipped with sun beds and beach umbrellas and offer a bar service during the day.
Lake Maggiore is the second largest lake Italian lake after Lake Garda and is a
long expanse of water nestling against the mountains and stretching into Alpine Switzerland. It has a warm and romantic atmosphere and the gentle sloping shores are dotted with camellias, azaleas and verbena. Stresa on the western coast of the lake is the chief resort and main point for people to visit the islands. The town boasts many grand hotels, handsome villas and pleasant gardens. Behind Stresa, a cable car ride away, rises Monte Mottarone, a snow capped peak offering spectacular panoramic views of the surrounding mountains, including Monte Rosa.

A deposit of £150 per person will secure your place. Cheques should be made payable to Success Tours, a fully bonded company to ensure the safety of your funds.
