We have tickets for the 8.15pm evening performance of this popular hit show at The Mill at Sonning a wonderful dinner theatre on the banks of the Thames. The show will include songs I’ve Got You Under My Skin, Fly Me to the Moon, That’s Amore, King of the Road, Mr Bojangles, What Kind of Fool Am I, The Lady Is a Tramp, Mack the Knife and New York, New York, performed by the original and leading Rat Pack impersonators – Stephen Triffitt, Mark Adams and George Daniel Long – and accompanied by the all-star Manhattan Swing Orchestra under the musical direction of Toby Cruse.
I have heard them in concert before, particularly Stephen Triffit, who Nancy Sinatra has been known to say is the best impersonator of her father.
We plan to arrive early so we shall be able to enjoy a stroll by the river or a drink in the bar before our two course dinner.
